An engaging team-based strategy challenge focused on collaboration, decision-making, negotiation and leadership under pressure.

Race for Victory is an interactive and highly engaging team-building experience that transforms a corporate away day into a competitive challenge. Working in teams, participants compete to develop the most successful railway network across a map of North America by completing a range of strategic, practical and problem-solving challenges. With each team receiving a limited number of challenges from a larger total, participants must carefully balance risk, reward and available resources whilst negotiating, collaborating and adapting their plans. The activity creates a fun, energetic environment that encourages participants to build stronger relationships, improve communication and gain practical insights into effective teamwork and leadership.
