Just Launched: ITIL® AI Governance

Quanta is very excited to be launching the ITIL AI Governance module with our partners at PeopleCert! ITIL AI Governance provides coverage of a key area that many of our customers are expressing not just interest in, but real concern over.

One only needs to see the way AI is being used, abused, and behaving unpredictably in the news to understand the importance of establishing governance.

Key information

Don’t be fooled by the title. Though this course comes under the ITIL banner, this training is relevant for anyone within an organisation who is involved in using AI, and crucially, using AI appropriately and safely.

You do not need to have completed any other ITIL certification to attend this course.

Key areas the course can help our customers with include

• Understanding the benefits, risks, and challenges that AI presents.
• Establishing appropriate governance in the form of policies, standards, and controls that enable the business while seeking to manage risks to the organisation.
• Ensuring that a consistent approach to governance is introduced that makes sense to the stakeholders within the business and encourages engagement rather than circumvention.

The ITIL AI Governance publication takes an AI governance-first, service management-second approach to answering the question “How do we control AI now so that it doesn’t end up controlling us in the future?”.
