Prerequisites
There are no pre-requisites for this courseBenefits for you as an individual
PRINCE2 is still by far the biggest and most popular way of running projects. However Agile is growing ever stronger, so rather than picking one or the other, opt for PRINCE2 Agile and have the best of both worlds available to you and your projects.
Benefits for your organisation
The environment in which we operate is ever-changing and with technology moving at light speed, it's often not possible to plan projects years or even months in advance. Using PRINCE2 Agile, you can keep the structure and familiarity that PRINCE2 brings, whilst benefitting from the responsiveness that working in an Agile way brings.
PRINCE2 Agile is about being able to react easily to changes within the market, scope your current project and release value to the organisation throughout rather than at key sets points.
