A lightweight introduction to Agile ways of working

This seminar covers what Agile is at an overview level, how it differs from plan-driven project management methodologies and what the benefits are of adopting this lighter, more flexible approach to managing work. Though the content is 'vanilla', specific flavours of Agile, such as Scrum and DSDM will be highlighted, along with a discussion of their relative merits.

Who is this course for

Anyone who is in or is affected by an Agile team. No technical knowledge is necessary and neither is any prior exposure to other project management frameworks. We frequently deliver this course to whole departments, divisions or companies to ensure organisational alignment.
